The following policies apply for all products fulfilled by Dyanora:

  • Once your order is delivered, you will not be allowed to cancel the order.
  • We only accept returns if the item shipped to you are defective or damaged.
  • All merchandise returned must be in new condition, unused with original packaging and must include all accessories / freebies supplied.
  • In case of damaged or defective product:
    • Customer is required to raise the concern within 24 hours from delivery to our Customer Care Center at 1800 121 3034 or mail to customercare@dyanora.in for next steps.
    • Dyanora will arrange engineers visit within 48 hours of complaint received and will provide resolution accordingly.
    • If replacement needed, we will arrange shipping of the product back to us within 5 days from delivery – Return shipping costs will be borne by us.
    • Dyanora will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package.
  • Dyanora is in no way responsible for any damage/fault if product was opened or installed through any unauthorized person.
  • In case of issues during the warranty period, contact our service center.
  • We do not offer any cash refunds.
